Our online checkout currently submits an order request. It does not take payment or guarantee that stock, delivery, or licensing is available until our team confirms the order with you.
Order review and payment
We review the items and contact details you submit. We then confirm availability, the final price, any delivery or setup charges, applicable taxes, and payment instructions. You can review that information before paying. Do not send payment based only on the on-screen order subtotal.
Delivery and software licences
Delivery options and timelines depend on the product and destination. Software may be supplied under a publisher's licence or activation terms, which we will identify before fulfilment. Installation, configuration, and support are included only when confirmed in the final quote or separate agreement.
Returns, cancellation, and problems
Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect, defective, or not supplied as agreed. We will review the order, product condition, applicable manufacturer or publisher terms, and your rights under applicable law. Any return or cancellation arrangement will be explained with the final quote or sale agreement. This page does not limit statutory consumer rights.
